Awards Presentation

We are nearly fully booked up for the Awards Presentation, which is being held on the 27th Feb at the Roddington Forge Music Club, but we do have a number of late entry tickets available for the "Band only " session from 9.00pm.

You can download a ticket request form from this website, which has details of the evening. - Look at "Rules and Info" and then in "Social Events".

Round 1 Club Championship

Round 1, of the eight round 2016 Waltham Chase Club Championship is being held at Hut Hill on Sunday the 17th January with a start time of 10.30.

There are classes for all solo riders from 4 years old to 84....or even older?

The severity of C and B routes will be a little easier this year to give riders an opportunity to move up a class without too big a difference.

There will also be a “Blue Card” unclassified class where you can enter and ride whatever sections you like , to help new riders get into the sport.  You can do as many or as few sections  on any route as you wish.

All Championship rounds will be run using rule TSR22A “Stop Permitted” and will have four laps of ten sections.

Entry fees are £5.00 for youth riders, £10.00 for senior over 65 and £15.00 for all other riders.

Sam’s catering van will be at this event.

Club and ACU membership can be organised on the day.

The “Late Christmas Quiz”

There are still places left for the Christmas Quiz and social evening being held at the Ship Inn in Totton on Friday the 29th January, commencing at 7.00pm.

The cost is £7.00 per guest including a basket meal of Quarter Roast Chicken, Cumberland Sausage, Scampi, Veggie Samosa, Veggie Burger or Cod Fillet – all served with chips and salad.

Please reserve your place by email walthamchasetrials@outlook.com or by phone - 02381 781423 and pay on the night.

Maximum team size is six, but all are welcome as you can “buddy up” into teams on the night – nothing too serious – but I-phones must be switched off!

Donated raffle prizes are appreciated.

Steve Earle will be our very entertaining musical quizmaster.

The Keith Marshal Classic Trial

We will be adding an additional trial to the calendar – The Keith Marshall Classic – for Pre65, Twin-shocks and air cooled mono’s only – including TY80’s.

No hopping, no jumping, no logs and no mud will be in the rules!

Keep an eye on the website for further details.
