Fencing Session with afternoon practice.
We will be meeting between 10.00 and 10.30 on the 20th May at Hut Hill to have a further “fencing” session. This is to replace the boundary fencing, to prevent the unauthorised use of the land.
All offers of help, or to provide any materials appreciated.
Helpers can then practice from 12.30 through to 4.00 by way of a little thank you.
Please advise if you will be attending.
The Hobnail Trophy Trial
This Southern Centre Solo Star Championship round is being held at Hut Hill on Sunday the 21st May. Start time of 10.30.
Pick up signs from the Asda roundabout at post code SO53 3YJ
You can turn up and enter this Trial "on the day".
The A and B routes will be at “Centre” level, with the C, D and E routes marked out similar to a Club Trial.
As always offers to “observe” are appreciated or riders can buddy up with another rider to "Bib-Up" and share a section. You benefit from a half price ride and can go to the front of any queues.
Sam’s Catering will be on site serving hot and cold refreshments.
Camping Weekend
We are now taking bookings for the Camping Weekend being held from the 30th June to the 2nd of July. Full details are on the application form which can be found on the Waltham Chase Website in “Rules and Info/Social Event”s.
This is a great opportunity to have a couple of days riding and bring the family along for a short break at a very plesant location.
There are family activities on the Saturday, including a "Strictly Come Trialing" challenge!
