Final Instructions – The St Paul Trophy Trial

Please check your emails and the Club Website before you travel in case there are any last-minute changes.
Can you also check that your details are correct on the attached programme and advise of any errors or class changes.
“Deb’s Food Truck” will be open from 9.30. The Wi-Fi can be poor at Bunny Lane. It is worth having some cash just in case it fails

Look out for the arrows along Bunny Lane, just after a large vehicle storage yard on the right, you turn right and then follow the arrows and signs to FLOORTRAK.

· The gates will open at 9.00 am.
· When parking please do not block any of the business unit doors.
· Before you ride go to the desk and “Sign On”
· If you retire or leave early, please “Sign Out” at the desk.
· There is no “Formal Briefing Session” at the start but please check the notice board for any updates.
· A “Section Map” will be displayed at the start.
· From 10.20 move to the “ENTRY TO SECTIONS” sign. The Marshall will advise when to start.
· The sections open at 10.30 am.
· The route to and from the sections is “Two Way” – Ride with caution.
· Start on the Section as shown on the notice board. This helps resolve any “Ties”.
· There are 4 Laps of 10 Sections.
· Please ride the sections only once at each visit, and in number order, to keep the trial flowing and to make sure you do not miss a section. (Exception for Battery Powered Youth Riders)
· The route is “One-Way,” marked with “Orange Arrows.”
· Stop for a break at a convenient time and please support the “Catering Van.
· The sections will close at 2.30 pm. or before if all riders have completed the sections.
· Please vacate the venue by 3.00pm
· If you are a Waltham Chase MCC Member please remember to provide a printed “Number Card” for your bike, with the riding number and route colour you have been allocated.
· Non-Members (or anyone entering after 8.00am on the 17thJuly), will be issued with a Rider Number in the series 800. A “Number Card” will be issued on the day.
· Random scrutineering of bikes will take place in the pit area and at the start.
· It is the responsibility of riders to make sure their machine is safe, all necessary protective clothing is worn, and the machine ridden is of the correct capacity for the rider.
· ACU rules TSR22a “Stop Allowed” apply at this Trial.
· There are no male toilets at this venue.
· A defibrillator is located at the “Sign-On Desk.”
· First Aiders will be wearing a “Green Tabards”
· Please take all rubbish away with you. There is no rubbish collection point.
· Youth Riders must always be accompanied by a responsible adult and wear the appropriate protective clothing.
· Results will be sent to all riders for checking before being published and uploaded to the Club Website.
