Practice Land

 

We are all keen to practice to improve our skills, however due to various restrictions and legislation land for this purpose is difficult to find.

Our own land, Hut Hill, is not available for practice, except on one or two nominated, insured, days each year. These dates will be advertised on the Waltham Chase website and in TMX

Please make a committee member aware of any illegal riding and collect the registration number of any vehicles transporting bikes to this land.

Police have powers to seize and ultimately dispose of vehicles under section 59 of the police reform act.

Due to the continued damage to fences and the land in general we report every case of unauthorised practice.

However, there are places where you can, for a nominal charge, practice:
