Cadno Camping Weekend: The Final Countdown

· Please note that bookings for Camping and the BBQ will close at 8.00pm on Monday. This is to enable our “Chef” to organise the food for next Saturday.
· If you have not already advised of any special dietary requirements please confirm by email: walthamchasetrials@outlook.com
· There will be a Barrell of Beer at the BBQ – Please put £2.00 in the jar for a pint.
· Debs Food Truck will be open early on Saturday and Sunday for cooked breakfasts. No need to cook your own or have all of the mess that goes with it.
· Complimentary Soft Drinks are provided for our younger members at the BBQ.
· Rember to bring cash for the Bingo – There could be some big prize payouts with over 80 guests present for the evening session.
· Final instructions for both Trials will be sent on Thursday Evening.
· Camping information will be sent on Tuesday and displayed on the Camping Field Notice Board. To hold this event, we have had to obtain permissions from the National Park Authority and Natural England. Please have a read, they will not stop us having a great weekend but be mindful that our host is at risk if anything goes wrong.
Next Event – The Cadno Weekend
Our next two Trials are on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th August at Cadnam, held in conjunction with the Club Camping Weekend.
We have Round 4 of the Summer Series on Saturday and Round 7 of the Club Championship on the Sunday.
On the Saturday afternoon there are sporting activities for all, including a tug ‘o war, egg and spoon races and something Maria is planning with buckets and water all being held in the arena and then in the evening we have the BBQ, Bingo, and live entertainment from two “bands” in the Barn.

We are still short of Observers for each day. Offers from campers are appreciated, with the usual £20.00 expenses paid.
Please note that the entry for both Trials will close at 8.00pm on Thursday 13th August.
We will be camping at Cadno and will have no access to printers to complete the paperwork after Friday morning.
