The Hobnail Trophy Trial
The next Waltham Chase Trial, The Hobnail and EnduroTyre.com Trophy Trial, is being held at Butser Lime Works on Sunday the 17th May.
Start time is 10.30 Prompt, with signing on from 9.15
This trial is an "open" event, so we must have Observers on every section before the start.
Offers to observe are appreciated in advance and we confirm that £20.00 expenses are paid to all observers.
Sam's Mobile Catering will be on site serving hot food and drinks.
Please note that due to the steep banks at this venue there are no classes for electric bikes and all other Youth Riders must be supervised at all times.
The 2015 Camping Weekend
There are still some pitches available for the 2015 Camping Weekend is being held from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th July 2015 at Cadnam, near Southampton.
Entry to the camp site is from 4.00pm on Friday 3rd with Departure by 6.00pm on Sunday 5th.
Saturday 4th - Youth & Wobblers Trial - 1.00pm Start
Sunday 5th – Cadnam Club Trial - 10.30am Start (Day Club Membership)
The cost of the weekend, including “plumbed” toilets and a BBQ on the Saturday evening is:
Caravan, Campervan or Family Tent £35.00 (Max 4 in party).
Small tents - £10.00 per person.
(The charge includes BBQ food on Saturday evening).
Normal entry fees apply for both trials.
Well behaved dogs, kept on a lead, are allowed on the Campsite, but not in the lake area.
There is a Coarse Fishing Competition on Friday evening from 6.30pm to 8.30pm and the “I’m a trials rider – Get me out of here” challenge on Saturday afternoon after the trial finishes.
Camping places are limited and must be booked and paid for in advance.
We are unable to allow unaccompanied under 18 year olds to camp overnight.
Full details, including location map, will be issued to all campers prior to the event.
A booking form is now available to download from the Waltham Chase Website in the Rules and Info section (Social Events).
Please note - Bookings are only accepted upon reciept of a booking form and payment.
