Please read these instructions before you travel and check emails and the Club Website for any last-minute updates.

Directions: What3Words: https://w3w.co/hike.mint.clay takes you to the venue entrance.
There will be marked sections for practice, or you can ride anywhere on site and create your own challenges, but please do not ride “out of sight” of another rider.
Flags will also be available to create your own sections if required.
If you are a new member and need advice, seek out Ian Bird, our Club Coach, who can offer you support.
The gate will be open from 10.15. (Do not arrive before as you may be queueing on a busy road)
Riding commences from 11.00am. (No riding before this time please)
You must “Sign On” before you ride. The “desk” will be inside the pit entrance.
· Please park in “Herring Bone” style if parking in the main carpark.
· 4X4’s can park inside the pit area.
· Please no not race around the venue – This is “Trials Practice”!
· There are no toilets at this event. (The Village Hotel/Starbucks and Asda are nearby)
· The Defibrillator will be located at the Start.
· There is no Catering Van at this event – bring a drink and refreshments.
· Bring your own PPE, and a personal First Aid Kit.
· Please take all rubbish away with you. There is no rubbish collection point.
· A responsible adult must always accompany Youth Riders.
· First Aiders are identified by wearing a Green Arm Band.
· Please vacate the venue by 3.30.
· Andy Withers will be the photographer at this event and may publish images captured. Please advise if you so not want to be photographed.
