Information for ACU and Club Members booked for the Awards Presentation.
Just a quick update regarding the Southern Centre & Waltham Chase Awards Presentation being held on Saturday 15th February.
The address is Otterbourne Village Hall, Cranbourne Drive, Otterbourne. The What3Words reference takes you to the carpark. https://w3w.co/hero.chart.formed
The doors are open from 6.30pm, with the presentation commencing at 7.15.
Sit anywhere you like, except on Section 1 and Section 2 - these are reserved tables.
The bar will be open from 6.30 through to 11.00pm.
Cash and card accepted, with a minimum card spend of £3.00.
Andy Withers will be taking photos throughout the evening of the award winners, but family are very welcome to take photos as well.
At the end of the Presentation Andy would like to take some group shots of the Centre Champions and the Club Champions.

It seems a pain on the night but in 25 years’ time when you look back it will all be worthwhile!
The buffet will be served in the adjacent room from about 8.30, at which time the band will start playing.
There will be a labelled Vegetarian & Gluten Free option.
The raffle draw will take place at about 9.30 – Rember to bring some cash for tickets. There are some great prizes already, with any additional donated prizes always appreciated.
The Band will play again to about 11.00 and hopefully get you up dancing.
