The Waltham Chase AGM will be held on Monday the 7th November, at the Ship Inn Redbridge . Doors open at 7.30pm, for a 7.45 start. After the formalities are completed there will be a complimentary buffet supper and a game of skittles, with a couple of free Waltham Chase “rides” awarded as prizes.

We really do appreciate offers of help to “get involved” from new and old members alike. Why not come along and find out how you can help in 2012.

We are especially keen to sign up some associate members to help with “observing” duties. Please confirm if you are attending the AGM to enable the correct amount of food to be ordered
