Final Instructions – “The George Greenland Trophy Trial”

Please read these instructions before you travel and check your emails and the Club Website in case there are any last-minute changes before the Trial.

Please drive slowly through the Farmyard.
• The gates will open at 8.30am.
• Parking is towards the back of the venue, past the “Dead Tree”. Do not park near the tree as branches may fall.
• Riding commences from 10.30am.
• The sections will close at 3.15pm, or before if all riders have completed the sections.
• All machines will be examined prior to the start. Please take your bike and helmet to the MACHINE EXAMINER area. Leave your bike in the Parc Ferme until the start of the Trial. (To make sure all bikes are checked)
• A “Section Map” will be displayed at the start.
• From 10.20 collect your bike and move to the “ENTRY TO COURSE” area.
• The Marshall will advise which section to start at.
• Please ride the sections only once at each visit to keep the trial flowing and to make sure you do not miss a section. (Exception for Battery Powered Youth Machines with a walking minder)
• The route is “One-Way,” marked with “Yellow Arrows.”
• Note: It will not be possible to ride against the flow” through the woods from Section 11 to section 6.
• There are 3 laps of 15 sections.
• 50/50 Sections are identified at the section START.
• ACU rules TSR22a “Stop Allowed” apply at this Trial.
• Route Marking Colours are displayed on the Notice Board at Sign-On.
• There are Male and Female toilets at this event.
• There is no formal break but stop at a convenient time for refreshments.
• The Catering Van will be open from 9.00am
• A defibrillator and first aid kit is located adjacent to the catering van.
• Please take all rubbish away with you. There is no rubbish collection point.
• If you do not have a “Fuel Mat” please refuel in the designated area. We are parking on grazing land.
• It is prohibited to use power washers at this venue.
• Youth Riders must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• If in any doubt of a section score, please check with the Observer before moving on to the next section.
• First Aiders will be wearing a green “FIRST AID” Tabard.
• Photographs taken at this event may be used in press articles or for promotional purposes, if you do not want your image to be used, please advise the COC or photographer.
• There is no riding permitted after the Trial is completed. Land Agent Request.
