Waltham Chase MCC “The Autumn Shield Trial”

The “Autumn Shield” trial is being held at Woodberry Lane, Rowlands Castle on Sunday 17th October. This non-expert trial is open to all ACU licence holders and is especially suited to Twin Shock and Pre67 riders, but all riders and machines are very welcome. The woodland venue includes a long ride around the perimeter between the sections – a “nice ride”.

Entry is via the ACU online system. There is no on the day entry.

Offers to Observe, with bikes if you like are appreciated as there are some distant sections.

Macmillan Cancer Support Charity Trial

The entry is now open on the ACU portal for this year’s Remembrance weekend Charity Trial, being held at Hut Hill on Saturday 13th November.

More details will be posted nearer the time, but we will be looking out for volunteers to Observe and some raffle donations for this very worthy cause, which has a special significance for a Club members family.

The club will be donating awards to all class winners and all proceeds from the trial will be donated to the charity.

Catering van confirmed.

The Oakridge Trophy Trial

This is a chance for our younger members to collect some trophies.

The Oakridge Trophy is being held on Sunday 28th November at Oakridge Copse. This is an “easier” trial, with classes for C, D and E riders, although there may be a little mud to play in.

The entry is now live on the ACU portal.

Awards Presentation

The awards presentation is provisionally scheduled for February 2022. The date and venue will be confirmed ASAP. By the end of the year, we will have held over 12 Trials where awards have been given, and despite no Championships being held there will plenty of trophies to be handed out.
