The Alan Sansom Memorial Trial

If you are planning to ride in The Alan Sansom next Sunday, can we ask a favour?
If possible, can you enter by Tuesday to give us an idea of the numbers and the classes to cater for, before our first site visit on Wednesday.
To plan and mark out a Ham Lane Trial there are several days’ work required, with some of the team driving a long distance.

If by any chance we had to cancel due to low numbers all riders pre-entered would receive a full refund.

Members Question:
Why does the entry cost  more (£25.00) for this Trial?

For this Trial Observers are provide with lunch as well as expenses, making a total of £26.00 per Observer, the land charge has increased and being an Open Trial, we need to accrue for Trophies. This is in addition to the normal ACU fees and Officials expenses. 

Any surplus cash is donated to Alan’s nominated Brain Tumour Charity.

The Alan Sansom Memorial Trial
The “Alan Sansom” is being held at Ham Lane, Langrish on Sunday 13th July, with a start time of 10.30.

This Trial will be marked out to match the riders entered.

We would appreciate a little help from a couple of local experienced riders to mark out on Saturday 12th July.
And as always offers to observe are also appreciated, with £20.00 expenses paid plus lunch provided at this Trial.
