NOTICE OF AGM
The Waltham Chase MCC AGM is being held on Wednesday 15th October 2025 at:
The Ship Inn, Old Redbridge Rd, Totton, SO15 ONN Doors open from 7.45pm with the AGM commencing at 8.00pm.
Club members are invited to attend the AGM, with offers to help with the running of future events as Clerks of the Course, or with marking out, is especially appreciated.

Charity Trial
Waltham Chase MCC will be running their annual Charity Trial at their popular Hut Hill, Chandlers Ford venue on Saturday 8th November.
For the second year running this will be in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.
We will be joined again this year by Alicia Robinson, one of the top British women riders. Alicia finished 3rd in the top woman’s class in Trial GB, 10th in the Trial GP World Championship and was one of the three riders representing Britian in the Trial des Nations in Italy recently where the team picked up bronze medal for third place, in what was a hotly contested event. Come and ride with Alicia and see if you can do better, she will also be on hand to present the top raffle prizes at our traditional lunch time break.
We are still looking for individuals or businesses to sponsor a section for £ 20.00 or donate raffle prizes. Contact information at the bottom of the page.

The cake stall will be there again this year so even if you don't want to ride come along and get a hot drink from DEB'S catering van and purchase some of the delicious cakes on offer, all proceeds from the raffle and cake sales go straight into the pot for Prostate Cancer UK.
There is a layby across the road from the venue with limited spaces but you can also park in the Village Hotel, next to the venue, but please check the notice boards for any parking restrictions that are in place.
The entry will be capped at 80 due to the parking restrictions at Hut Hill, so if you are thinking of entering DO NOT DELAY get you entry in now via the Aport80 app.
