Practice Trial – Saturday 25th October 2025
Please read these instructions before you travel and check your emails and the Club Website for any last-minute updates.

Venue: Oakridge Copse, Grimstead Rd, Alderbury.

The nearest post code is SP5 3RQ – but DO NOT use it until you get to Whaddon if you are travelling north on the A36 as Sat Nav will take you along Windwhistle Lane which is very narrow with no passing places.
From the A36 at Whaddon take the West Grimstead Road. After about half a mile there is a fork in the road, keep right and then start to slow down. The Copse entrance is a sharp turn approx. 50 yards on right, on the bend. (Look out for a large red brick house which will be on your left as you enter the venue).
Debs Food Truck will be open from 10.00am for breakfasts and drinks.
The gates will open at 10.00am.
Look out for tree stumps in the car parking area.
You must “Sign-On” before you ride.
Riding commences from 10.30am
Sections Close at 2.30pm.
Please vacate the venue by 3.30pm.
You can ride whatever sections and routes you choose or practice away from the sections, but please ride within your ability.
Note: (One way entrance & exit) It will not be possible to exit the venue before 11.00am as the entrance track is narrow with no passing places.
Additional Information
· There are no MALE toilets at this venue.
· A Defibrillator and Fire Extinguisher will be located at the Start.
· First Aiders are identified with “Green Arm Bands or Tabards.”
· Please take all rubbish away with you. There is no rubbish collection point.
· It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure youths ride a machine of the correct capacity and must wear a suitable helmet, boots and have clothing covering arms and wear gloves.
· A responsible adult must always accompany Youth Riders.
· Power Washers must not be used at this venue.
· All riders must wear helmets and boots, even riding in the “Pit Area”.
· For your own safety do not ride around the venue alone.
