Please drive slowly through the Farmyard.

· The gates will open at 9.00am. 

· Machines may be randomly checked in the pits.

· Riding commences from 10.30am. 

· The sections will close at 3.00pm, or before if all riders have completed the sections. 

· A Rider Number and Number Card will be issued at “Sign-On” for non-Waltham Chase Members

· There will be a brief presentation for class winners from The Phil Mellers and The Les Hext Trials at 10.15 before the trial with any ‘on the day’ instructions.

· A “Section Map” will be displayed at the start.

· From 10.20 start to move to the “ENTRY TO COURSE” area.                                                       

· Start on the Section Number as posted at Sign-On and the Start.

· Please ride the sections only once at each visit to keep the trial flowing and to make sure you do not miss a section.

· The route is “One-Way,” marked with “Orange Arrows.”

· There are 3 Laps of 14 sections including special test.

· Non-Inspection Section – Section Number 9. The route colour to be followed on each of the 3 laps will be displayed at the start of the section. (Lap 1 Yellow, Lap 2 Red, Lap 3 Blue.  Do not Walk this section as it is non inspection.

· Special Test – Section Number 14. This will be timed on each rider’s 2nd lap only. The section is scored in the normal way, with the time used in the event of any ties.

· Graded Hill – Section Number 3. The score given is as shown on the final section “Score Sign”. There are “escape exits” to the left of the section after 3 and 1.

· ACU rules TSR22B “Non-Stop” apply at this Trial.

· Make sure you have adequate fuel.

· There are no Male toilets at this venue. 

· There is no formal lunch break but stop at a convenient time for refreshments.

· A defibrillator, first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are located at “Sign-On”

· It is prohibited to use power washers at this venue.

· A responsible adult must always accompany Youth Riders.

· If in any doubt of a section score, please check with the Observer before moving on to the next section.

· First Aiders will be wearing a green “FIRST AID” Tabard.

· Photographs taken at this event may be used in press articles or for promotional purposes, if you do not want your image to be used, please advise the COC or photographer.
